This company has the best customer service. I have bought this warranty on several items, and used it once on an item the manufacturer did not honor their warranty, within a week Square Trade refunded my money on the item with no hassle. I was skeptical at first, but now I am a very happy customer.

Checked many other companies for warranties - this had the best price for similar coverage.

The shipment was on time, and I am happy with the product. The product was Exactly what I ordered, I would recommend this item.

I owned a Sunbeam two sided window fan before, had I been able to remember the make and model I'd have purchased that one instead over this one. However, I didn't so I came to Amazon to find a two sided fan with fan and exhaust. I didn't realize when purchasing that "manual exhaust" meant that I literally had to reverse the fan in my window (flip it around). My old Sunbeam had a switch on either side of the fan that controlled separately the right and left. I am disappointed definitely in that aspect (I guess I am dumb for seeing the photograph and not realizing what exactly would have controlled the exhaust). I had wanted to be able to do exhaust on one side (right or left) and fan on the other (right or left). I emailed Sunbeam about this and got no response back, it's been a week. So communication with them isn't the best! However, the fan does it's job well on cool days (this fan is definitely useless on the hot and humid days, even when reversed to exhaust instead-- it changes nothing). However, on the days when it does cool my room, I am satisfied. Especially when considering the price. If you are willing to pay more, I'd definitely suggest searching out a better fan though!
