I bought this insurance last november after buying a Blu Ray player ($18 dollars for two years coverage)....sure enought, 10 months after the transaction the blu ray gave me some problems. I called LG, and although it was still under warranty, it didn't cover service as it was more than 90 days after the original purchase....basically, I needed to pay for the service ($69) LG was going to provide. I called square trade, sent them the receipt, and got my money ($69) after one week. I love this guys! Buy the insurance, easy people to deal with, awesome service and a website that is very easy to use and navigate. Best part is that you only need to upload your receipt once you get your electronic and don't worry about keeping the receipts as they will be on file with them!

I haven't had to use this product yet but I feel better having it. Ordering it is easy and you get a really quick response both online and in the mail.

I must be the dumbest purchaser you have. I agreed to purchase the Square Trade Warranty many
months ago. I can't even remember the item I wanted to cover. I got an email that said they were
sending a policy to me, and I've gotten nothing further.

The product is used to protect our DVR purchase. The purchase is working well, purchased the warranty for longer term protection of product.
