I have been using Square Trade for my electronics warranties for over two years now. Recently I bought a laptop for my son and then purchased the warranty from Square Trade, including Drop and Spill coverage. Well, it dropped and the screen broke. I immediately contacted Square Trade and within a day they had approved my claim and began processing a refund of the money I spent on the computer. They sent me a postage paid UPS label to return the damaged computer. I was able to buy a new computer for my son and all is well. Oh, and I bought another warranty for the new computer.

Well worth the money and great service! Thank you, Square Trade!

Over the past few years, I have purchased over 20 SquareTrade equipment warranties. The primary reason is the peace of mind and value for the money. I used to sell warranties and knew they were a high profit item for the company. I NEVER used to purchase the sales store warranties, because they cost too much. SquareTrade has changed all that! They are very competitive on their warranties and I tell that to people all the time when they are confronted on buying a store warranty. I tell them to go to squaretrade.com and get a quote they will be pleasantly surprised with.

Well, stuff breaks and twice I have had to make a claim with SquareTrade. One was a small item, but recently I had a MAC laptop go kaput on me for $1,400.00! In both cases, I was settled with promptly, professionally and courteously. SquareTrade is the best!

Wow, this warranty is the greatest. I took it out on a refurbished laptop, and they provided everything as promised. I used them again for my subsequent laptop purchase, this turned out to be such a positive experience. I don't believe I've ever been able to use those words before concerning a warranty, they are usually such a hassle!

I have filed two claims with SquareTrade so far and each has gone without a hitch. Money in my account within days. If you are buying electoronics, especially a used one, I definitely recommend these guys.

I have used Square Trade for years but this is my first claim. The iPhone is very fragile and I don't know many people that haven't cracked screens from minor drops. That was the case in this instance. The phone dropped to the floor when being passed from person to person. It shattered. My Square Trade claim was easy. I sent my claim specifics into Apple. I had to prepay but was then completely reimbursed by Square Trade. Completely satisfied. Lower deductible, lower cost. Can't beat it.

Your product breaks, you send the item in, (they send you a box with packing instructions and prepaid packing slip to make it extra easy and convenient for you), within days it gets processed/resolved. What else could you possibly need from a warranty company? SquareTrade has now fulfilled 2 warranty claims for me and both experiences were excellent, I will never buy a warranty anywhere else.

I purchased a warranty on my 10" laptop purchased in December 2010. A little over a year old, just outside the mfr warranty, the screen went out. I emailed Squaretrade, relayed the problem, sent purchase confirmation, and had approval for replacement of the computer all in the same day! Within 48 hours the money was in my PayPal account. Now that is what I call service! Thanks, Squaretrade, I own several other warranties on different items, and will use your service again. I purchased a 3 year warranty on my 15" MBP from Square Trade. I was pleasantly surprised by the service when my laptop charger recently stopped working. They told me to just go buy one. That simple. They reimbursed me my money and I have a new charger. Simple as that. So much easier than Best Buy, or any other warranty I've ever encountered.

After learning the lesson of coffee+ laptop+baby= dead laptop, square trade had a 48 hour turnaround time from claim filing to money deposit. I filed a claim on Tuesday evening and had money in my paypal account by Thursday morning. Will always use Square Trade for my warranties!!

I have 9 warranties from Square Trade. They are so much cheaper than store warranty plans and always deliver. My son spilled juice on his 4 week old computer and they refunded the purchase price within 4 days. Always good service.
