For large items with in-home service, a local technician will contact you to schedule service within five business days of claim approval (Since in-home service is dependent on the customer’s schedule, repair times are not guaranteed within five days). Hassle-Free Coverage SquareTrade has designed the warranty with your needs in mind. They make it easy for you to: Manage it online. You can fax or email SquareTrade your item receipt at any time, and they will store it as proof of purchase. Cancel anytime. In the first 30 days, you may cancel for a full refund. I purchased a computer on e-bay that was refurbished and in 6 months the mother board died. I contacted Square Trade and told them what had happened and they quickly refunded my full purchase price. Now I am waiting for my new computer that I ordered and when I receive it I will purchase insurance again with Square Trade. From now on anything I purchase I will purchase insurance with Square Trade. Keep up the good work. Excellent company to deal with. 10 Star rating. Thank you all very much.

I bought a laptop off of eBay. It was supposed to be a couple months old. But I had trouble after the first 2 weeks. And it died on me after just a couple of months. But thanks to square trade warranty was there for me. They stood behind the warranty 110%. I got my purchase price back with in a week and that included the shipping time to ship it back, which they paid for. ***** Five stars all the way.

I purchased a refurbished Acer 22" LCD Flat Panel monitor from Tiger Direct [great deals]. In just under 1 year, the monitor all of a sudden started experiencing a display problem. I logged into my SquareTrade account and submitted a claim on the item. Within 24 hours I had an email with shipping label to send my monitor in for review [it pays to keep your original packaging!]. In less than 4 days [incl ship transit time], I had a response letting me know that my monitor was deemed unrepairable and would therefore be receiving a full payout for the value [amount paid] of the monitor. Within 5 business days, the full refund price was credited to my Paypal account. AWESOME SERVICE!! Highly Recommend!!! I won't buy anything without having a SquareTrade Warranty, HANDS-DOWN!
