I purchased a computer on e-bay that was refurbished and in 6 months the mother board died. I contacted Square Trade and told them what had happened and they quickly refunded my full purchase price. Now I am waiting for my new computer that I ordered and when I receive it I will purchase insurance again with Square Trade. From now on anything I purchase I will purchase insurance with Square Trade. Keep up the good work. Excellent company to deal with. 10 Star rating. Thank you all very much.

I bought a laptop off of eBay. It was supposed to be a couple months old. But I had trouble after the first 2 weeks. And it died on me after just a couple of months. But thanks to square trade warranty was there for me. They stood behind the warranty 110%. I got my purchase price back with in a week and that included the shipping time to ship it back, which they paid for. ***** Five stars all the way.

I purchased a refurbished Acer 22" LCD Flat Panel monitor from Tiger Direct [great deals]. In just under 1 year, the monitor all of a sudden started experiencing a display problem. I logged into my SquareTrade account and submitted a claim on the item. Within 24 hours I had an email with shipping label to send my monitor in for review [it pays to keep your original packaging!]. In less than 4 days [incl ship transit time], I had a response letting me know that my monitor was deemed unrepairable and would therefore be receiving a full payout for the value [amount paid] of the monitor. Within 5 business days, the full refund price was credited to my Paypal account. AWESOME SERVICE!! Highly Recommend!!! I won't buy anything without having a SquareTrade Warranty, HANDS-DOWN!

I bought a warranty for my brand new iPhone 3g. A year later it got wet and Apple was going to charge me [...]for a replacement . I filed my claim and in 24 hours I had authorization to pay apple. I faxed my receipt and had my reimbursement via Paypal within 24 hours. Note: I had the option of mailing the phone in but in this case they offered me thus solution since it would be faster. The 60 bucks I spent saved me [...]! Definitely not what kind of service you think of when it comes to extended warranties! If you have an iPhone you need this!

Earlier this year, I bought a used Mac computer from a reseller. At the same time, I purchased a Square Trade warranty. The computer died within a couple of months, and I filed a claim online with Square Trade. I anticipated that I would have to jump through a number of hoops to resolve the claim, but there was no hassle whatsoever. The brief online form required one follow-up phone call, and Customer Service was excellent. They determined that the computer could not be repaired and quickly refunded the entire purchase price. I was very impressed.

I have purchased a square trade warranty for several items that I bought at retail stores and on ebay. They stand behind their warranties. Filing a warranty claim is fast, easy and stress free. I recommend buying square trade warranties for all your items.

Purchased on a refurbed Acer netbook, went bad in 5 months received a complete refund, took about 10 days start to finish which was a little slower than I expected. I have purchased but not used the warranty's on LCD TV, and other Amazon/Ebay/Tiger purchases. My experience suggests that this is a very good buy, especially if you go the refurb route.

I have purchased three laptops off of ebay. I purchased a 2-year SquareTrade warranty with each of them. After approximately one year, one of the laptops would no longer turn on. I filed a claim online without having to speak with anyone. I filled out their online for and decribed the issue I was having. The process was very easy.

SquareTrade communicated very clearly via email about the steps in the process and within a week my claim was handled. They provided the shipping label for sending it into their technical specialist. Once they received the laptop, and confirmed the problem, they quickly refunded my full purchase price with absolutely no hassels. This was the best warranty experience ever!

I bought a refurbished mac from a reputable ebay seller. About 1.5 years after purchase, the computer would no longer turn on. I contacted square trade, and was refunded the FULL PURCHASE PRICE with no hassle. This was my first Square Trade claim, and I was amazed with the ease. I now buy square trade protection for all of my electronics purchases, new or refurbished on ebay. I do not buy an ebay item unless a Square Trade warranty is offered.

My laptop could not 'find' the airport card; it also crashed several times and the clock had to be reset. Further, the Apple Genius bar said the logic board needed to be replaced. I sent all this info to Square Trade. They immediately responded and said to send the machine back via UPS w/a RMA for which they paid the postage. Within 2 days they reviewed the computer and authorized a full refund of the price I paid....just terrific service.
