I have had several warranties with Square Trade and have filed a claim on two of them. In both instances the items were sent in as requested and emails were sent to me as the item was noted as being in-route, received, and evaluated. Both claims were paid promptly, properly, and without further discussion. This is a very good warranty service and I recommend it highly. I will also add that my wife worked(recently retired) for a consumer warranty company and I know that this company does an excellent job with their administrative services which, at times,can be a challenge.

SquareTrade Warranty is a fantastic company. Great communication with prompt service! Processed my claim for an eBay laptop in only 6 days!! It is my recommendation to everyone to purchase an extended warranty from Square Trade no matter where you purchase your item. Their prices are more than competitive in any market! Buy with confidence!!

They provided me a great service. They approved my claim right away and I got my money in no time. I will highly recomend to get warranty from Square trade.

I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth it was to work with Square Trade Warranty. I purchased a computer a year ago and now the hard drive is making a noise like it is trying to go out. I got online and filled out the claim and within 24 hours received notification back that they were going to refund me the total amount of the computer because it would have not been feasible to fix it for what I purchased it for. Within 3 days the money was in my paypal account.
I have had issues before with warranty companies but after this experience I will definitely use Square Trade for all of my warranty needs.

I recently bought a $479 laptop from Amazon, and I decided to go with the SquareTrade warranty due to the high reviews on Amazon. Once I ordered this warranty, the next business day, I received a call from a representative making sure I was happy with my purchase and if I had any questions. WHAT A NICE EVENT IN TODAY'S WORLD! I was ecstatic! I have no problems with this company and I hope I never do!

Company did exactly as advertised. They tried to help me fix it. When the price of repair exceeded the value of the warranty, they paid immediately. Can't ask for any more from them. Will use them on all purchases.

On 2/4, I ordered a laptop and a separate square trade warranty. The computer vendor cancelled my order yesterday, apparently due to storm damage on a shipment. I immediately ordered a second computer directly through Amazon.

I sent an email to Square Trade asking if I could upgrade or cancel the warranty, based upon the higher cost of the second computer. I received a very courteous response within 2 hours, confirming the cancellation. The funds were back in my account this morning. This level of service and follow through validated my purchase. While I haven't used the warranty, I feel confident that any claims would be processed fairly and quickly.

Over several years I have purchased warranties from Square Trade and never had to use them. When I needed it, it was there, easy to use and fast, fast service. Best warranty I have ever had. I will continue to purchase these warranties. I wish all vendors were so great, fast and customer focused.

Square Trade definetly delivers what they promise on their warranties. I have several warranties with Square Trade and one paid off when my laptop would not power on. Well worth the cost of the warranty I bought when I purchased this laptop.
