I'm not really in to giving reviews but I am so impressed with Square Trade that I feel that a review is in order. I bought a computer with a Square Trade warranty from eBay that bit the dust. Thinking that I had to cut through miles of red tape and play phone tag, I called Square Trade. Much to my surprise it was quite the opposite. A few minutes after the phone call, Square Trade sent me an affidavit via email which I printed, signed, scanned and returned via email and by the next day the insurance money was placed in my PayPal account! In addition to their quickness, I give them an A+ on their ability to communicate, friendliness, great prices, and overall efficiency. I definitely will use Square Trade's services again and highly recommend them.

I bought two used laptops on Ebay in June 2009. I then bought two Square Trade Warranties. Almost immediately, one of the laptops stopped working. The seller gave me a full refund and I was able to cancel my Square Trade Warranty and get my money refunded. The other laptop lasted just a couple of days after my warranty kicked in and then the backlight display stopped working. I called Square Trade, they evaluated the problem and said to send the laptop to them. They sent me a pre-paid shipping label. Once they checked out the machine, they refunded the full amount of my purchase. I couldn't be happier. Instead of loosing the full amount of the purchase, It only cost me the amount of the Square Trade warranty which was about $71.00

I bought a computer off Ebay and almost did not purchase the Square Trade Warranty. I am glad I did, after 9 months the computer developed problems and I called Square Trade. I did not think I would be able to file a claim, but the people at Square Trade talked to me like a real person. They e-mailed me an affidavit to sign, which I did, and sent back and they put the purchase price in my Pay Pal account. When I find a computer to replace the one that died, I will purchase a Square Trade Warranty. Well worth the investment.

These guys are real professionals. The response time to my request was minimal. The communication excellent. I followed the instructions they provided which were concise & clear and received the refund for my defective item 3 days after I sent it back for review by their staff.

I purchased a warranty on a PC about a year ago. Last Thursday I filed an email claim, as the PC would not hold an operating system. I was paid my claim within 72 hours to PayPal. I never expected that it would be that easy. I highly recommend this company. Great service, prompt payment. Really sensational!

I purchased a warranty for an item I purchased on Ebay. The item died after several months, so I filed a claim. SquareTrade sent be a pre-paid shipping label via email and all I had to do was pack and ship the item to them. In a couple of days, they paid the claim via Paypal. Quick and very smooth. I think they are great and have purchased a total of three warranties. Good price and great service.

I heard nothing but good things about Square Trade Warranty and now it was time to see if they were true.They Were!I called in my claim,spoke to a friendly representative,after answering a few questions was told how to return the product.A few days after recieving the item my paypal account had a refund in it.Great Communication, pleasure to deal with.I currently have three items warranted with them and anything I buy in the future.

Hi, I highly recommend this for extended warranties. I am the ultimate skeptic...but tried it and have been 100% satisfied. The process when something malfunctions is easy and pleasant. No tricks, no hurdles. Just professional people helping you and ultimately, if needed, paying out your warranty. TRY IT. You WON'T be disappointed.

They say what they are going to do, then they do what they said they were going to do, which is rare. Excellent communication and great service!

I was completely amazed at the ease and speed of processing my claim. I received a same day response and shipping label. It took less than a week for my claim to be processed and finalized. I will definitely use Square Trade again!
