This has got to be one of the greatest companies out there. A friend turned me on to Square Trade, so since the warranties were so low in price, I started buying them for every new electronic toy I bought, mainly so I could sleep better at night knowing that just in case, I would be covered. It just so happens, last month I had to make a claim for a portable DVD player that stopped working just 1 month after the manufacturer warranty had ended. I called Square Trade and had them walk me through making the claim on line. Then, they emailed me a pre-paid UPS return label to send back the DVD player, then after they rec'd it on their end & determined it was indeed dead, I had the WHOLE ammount I paid for the player sent to my Paypal account within 4-5 days!

I have warranties through them from my $70 fax machine, all the way up to my $1,500 HDTV. Plus, you can usually find coupon codes for 20%-30% off the price of the warranty most of the time, which makes it even sweeter a deal.

Also, I have to say how awesome their customer service is. They are very knolegable & professional on the phone, and they answer their emails extremely promptly. To me, customer service is everthing knowadays, and Square Trade exceeds all my expectations.

I had purchased a warranty for an amplifier that was bought on eBay. The cost of the warranty was $28. 1-1/2 years later the amp went out. I followed the simple claims process on their web site and in less than 5 business days they paid out to me the original purchase price of the amp. I was extremely glad I purchased the warranty. If not I would have been looking at a minimum of $80 to repair the amp. Now I am able to purchase something new.

I am one extremely happy customer, so much that the next amp will have a SquareTrade warranty on it as well.

I bought Axion Dual screen portable DVD player, which of course only works with AC/car adapter. The reviews on it weren't very good, so I bought warranty. It went out after one use, and figured out for myself that it was car adapter.I tried to file claim and found it wasn't covered, and was told I could buy one at Best Buy! They were very polite and friendly, but be aware that when you purchase a product that includes accessories they are not covered.

I purchased a warranty from Square Trade for my daughter's cell phone. The cost was very reasonable. The phone quit working so I made a claim with Square Trade and I was refunded the cost of the phone. Very easy transaction.

The first time I bought a SquareTrade extended warranty, I was skeptical. The price was considerably lower than the alternatives, so I wondered what would happen if I really needed them.

The bad news was that I DID need them. The good news is that they did exactly what the warranty implied, and quickly reimbursed my full purchase price. No fuss, no muss.

I have bought, or been the impetus to someone else buying, dozens of their warranties for a variety of product types since then. There have been three other needs to "cash in," and they have honored each one quickly, professionally, and without hesitation.

Moreover, call them; speak to a live person; get helpful, valid information on the best options for each particular circumstance. This outfit is really a "find." I hope they are successful...I want them to be around for a long time!

I have purchased several SquareTrade warranties over the past 3 years. Three or four of the items for which I purchased them eventually failed on me. Filing a claim with SquareTrade has been very convenient and processing has been very quick. I have never had such reliable warranty service anywhere else. I'm hooked.

They lay out everything in detail on their site to you in plain English. I purchased this with a Samsung blu-ray player. Remember to keep a receipt of whatever you purchase because they will need it if you ever have to file a claim. So simply scan it to your computer and email it to them. That's all there is to it.

I bought an XBox 360 from a reputable dealer on EBay. Within 9 months, the system had the Red Ring of Death, and I had no recourse with the dealer or with Microsoft. I am very relieved that I made the right choice to purchase the SquareTrade Warranty, which, when I needed it, was there. I filed my claim, submitted my proof of purchase, and within three (3) days had a claim approval and within 2 more days after that, I had the full purchase of the unit ib my PayPal account. I would recommend the purchase of a warranty from SquareTrade to anyone who purchases electronics.

After receiving my product, I quickly received a call from the warranty service. It made me feel happy to know that they are concerned about the product and let me know that they will help me if there is any problem with it.

Have had no problem, so don't know how well they will handle any issues. They did call and confirm we had received the warranty which was good. Time will tell!
