I have purchased a Square Trade warranty for most of my ebay purchases as most are used or refurbished and do not come with any replacement coverage.I also have many Square Trade plans on new products such as computers,cameras and electronics as the price and service can't be beat.I have filed two claims and both were settled with full payout within a few days.
Great service and a great price from very friendly and courteous people.I highly recommend Square Trade.

I use SquareTrade on many of my new item and ebay purchases. When ever I have had an issue with a product, I knew that I could depend on SquareTrade to rectify the problem.

In fact I am currently in a claim situation with Squaretrade on a Seagate External Hard drive and they are giving me a credit for the full purchase price of the item.

I purchased the Square Trade 3 year warranty as recommended by Amazon, for a projection lamp for my TV. After I received the warranty I went on SQ Trade's website to register the item. Once I began the registration I had some questions so I called them. Through my discussions with the customer service rep (nice person)I discovered they did not cover the item (Projection Lamp)since it is considered a consumable. They did agree to refund the cost of the warranty. I guess my beef is with Amazon for enticing its customers to purchase the warranty that does not apply to the purchased item... How many people purchase Amazon suggested warranties for items that are not covered. I'm sure they get a kick back on each of the useless warranties. Way to go Amazon.

I have sevaral warranties with Square trade. You cannot find a better deal than they offer. I have called them several times and there is always a person there to speak with and answer questions. I like that you can use their service regardless of where you bought the item you wish to warrant. The latest cell phone that I purchased did not come with an extended warranty plan. I contacted Square trade and there was no problem getting a warranty from them. I have not had to have any service performed yet, but I feel they will be there if I need them. Very easy to deal with!

This war my first online warranty ever, I bought it for my Tritton Gaming Headset. For $10 I thought what the hell thinking I would not need to use it. Well it happened, I thought it would be hard to claim my warranty being online but it was the easiest thing I have ever did. Squaretrade took care of everything, all I had to do was was file my claim, box it up, print the shipping label which was pre paid and take it to the UPS store. On the same day I got a email from Squaretrade giving me my amazon gift card. Best Company Ever

My GPS failed to re-boot. The customer service suggested couple of different ways to let it boot but when it failed, they asked me to return the item for them.
They paid for the shipping fee and within couple of days, I got their answer and the full price. Thanks.
That is the way good business should be.

Purchased the accidental coverage, my item was dropped and was completely broken. Squaretrade refunded the full amount.

While I was not happy that my gps unit failed, I was more than happy I had bought coverage with Square Trade. There was some initial confusion because Amazon had both of the words "new" and "refurbished" in their description of my gps unit I was able to buy a 3 yr. policy and because it was in fact refurbished should only have been able to buy a 1 yr. policy. When I called in with my claim the reaction was as if there was no problem. They simply changed my policy to 1 yr., said I was covered, send in the unit. Within a week of sending it in, I had e-mail confirmation that it was in fact bad and that my check(payment in full)was in the mail. Thanks so much Square Trade for the fantastic coverage.

My Nintendo Lite turned out to act unreliably, which did not happen for a few months after purchasing it. A call to Nintendo revealed it to be a counterfeit (Do not purchase one from overseas). A call to Square Trade got me shipping instructions and a free printed label with free shipping. A couple of days later I had an e-mail asking about how I wanted the refund. Try matching that anywhere else!!

I buy squaretrade warranties for all my electronics.they have paid me back the cost two times. thanks squaretrade
