SquareTrade 3-Year Electronics Warranty ($500-600 Items)

Hey, be careful! I was about to buy the 3 year warranty for Nokia N-900 cell phone, as the warranty was on the same page as the phone (users who bought this phone also bought the warranty...). However, I called the SquareTrade, and they told me this warranty doesn't work with phones! They have something else for the phones, but it's more expensive and only 2 years.

However, it never happened!
My second used Escort 8500 radar detector failed that I purchased through ebay. Square Trade had already reimbersed me the cost of the first failed Escort 8500 I bought on eBay so I was ready for pushback. To my relief there was zero BS or runaround at all. The CS rep has me ship the unit to them and offered me several methods for the return of my purchase price. Sweet!

I have since bought a New Escort 9500ix on eBay and of course the protection of a Square Trade warranty just in case my bad luck continues. Either way I am covered.

I bought an XBOX 360 off Ebay, probably not even a month later I got the infamous Red Ring of Death. Because my 360 was refurbished, Microsoft would not fix it, luckily I had bought a SquareTrade Warranty just for that reason, and boy am I glad I did. I set up a claim which was a breeze, they gave me the shipping slip to print off for free, I went down to the UPS store, paid about $10 for them to package it up. Due to the holiday season it did take a little bit for them to get the money back, but no complaints there. I was fully reimbursed and couldn't be happier, will use SquareTrade again without a doubt.

registering for the warranty was a piece of cake, they emailed me confirmation, sent another letter via snail mail and even called me lol...cant complain about that customer service right?

We just bought this warranty, but love the fact that it is for three years. Our last warranty was for only a year and our computer died 28 days past the warranty. We are looking forward to having a better warranty.

The warranty is very reasonably priced and was so easy to set up when I purchased my printer/copier/fax/scanner.
The communication with Square Trade was outstanding. They kept me informed each step of the way.
I would highly recommend purchasing the warranty through Square Trade. It just eases my mind that if I should have any problems with my new printer, that I have an excellent warranty on it.

The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because I haven't actually used the warranty service (and hopefully I won't have to) but I really love this so far. First off, it's so much cheaper than any warranty I've ever seen at an actual electronics store. Plus there's no having to maintain records or try to hang on to receipts. You log into the website, you fill out the web form for the item you purchased and you email them your receipt. And you have a whole area where they store your information for you. So easy, so great, and so far I'm very happy.

The purchase and registration process worked seemless. I received my redemption code within 24 hours of placing the order. The code worked perfectly and my device has been registered. Overall the process took like 10 minutes. The cool thing is that Squaretrade will store my receipt, so I don't have to hang on to it for 3 years.

I recently purchased a home theater system off amazon because I found the one I wanted cheaper here rather than the store. When I purchased the warranty from Square Trade it was a smooth transaction and their coverage is amazing! I've read reviews about them 1st and it was REALLY hard to find a negative review on them! They are reliable and emailed me back right away when I had a question. I will definitely be purchasing all my future warranties from Square Trade!

Purchased warrnty for Dsi I purchased for my daughter. Called Square Trade when the top screen stopped working and had resolution within 5 days. Money was conveniently transferred to my pay pal account with no hassles whatsoever. She had a new dsi in less than 10 days. I was very happy we had it and very relieved that it was so easy to use.
