It was very easy and pleasant to get warranty service from this company.
I Bought a slingbox solo and within 3 months it overheated and died on me.
Im so glad I spend the $16 to get this protection plan.
I called, they mailed me a prepaid UPS label and I send back my faulty device to them. Within a day I had an amazon gift card code emailed to me with an additional 5% on top of the purchase. Couldnt be a happier customer.
Instead I would had to deal with sling chasing them for hours on the phone to resolve my issue, pay them $30 just to speak to me and pay for shipping and then have to wait weeks to get my product fixed or replaced with the same junk slingbox solo box.
So instead I got my full money back for the original purchase and I bought a new sling box 350 to replace this old faulty slingbox and offcourse purchased another 3 year warranty for it from square trade.
From now on Im buying Square trade for all my electronics bought from amazon and from elsewhere.
Love this company. Saved me lots of trouble, headaches and money.

I couldn't be happier with the way my claim was handled when my DVD/VCR Recorder went bad. The DVD/VCR was less than one year old. I contacted SquareTrade via their form on their website explaining the issue and what all I had done to try and correct the problem. The representative got back to me the next day with the instructions on what I needed to do and with the pre-paid UPS label. I did as instructed, which was very easy to do, and shipped the unit via UPS the next day.

As I use Amazon so often and the fact that I had purchased the unit on Amazon, I chose the Amazon gift card as the means of reimbursement. The gift card code was emailed to me a couple days later as soon as they knew the unit had been shipped.

I would highly recommend using SquareTrade whenever possible. I use SquareTrade often and currently have seven items under warranty via SquareTrade and couldn't be more pleased. I would give SquareTrade two thumbs up for its speed and efficiency in dealing with my first ever claim.

I have been with squaretrade for several years now. I never had a problem filling any of my claimed. My claims are processed fast my items are fixed fast 5 days or less. I get update statues about my repair. Or if it just can't be repaired I get my full refund in less than 2 days. Really there is absolutely no other company that has topped Squaretrade Warranty company.

Squaretrade has been my go to company for warranties. I have had to file a few claims over the last 5 years, but Squaretrade has had my back. The warranties are affordable and provide peace of mind coverage over your products. The claim process is so easy that "even a caveman could do it"!

My TiVo recently would not turn on. Because I cannot live without my TV shows, I went out and bought a new one ASAP. I filed a claim, and they paid out the product rather than trying to repair. Process was easy and painless. Couldn't ask for anything better.

My device failed. I filed a claim via the SquareTrade website. I received a message about receiving a payout as a result of the product failure. The rebate came almost before they had my returned item...

I purchased a blu-ray / dvd player online approximately 1 year ago. I also purchased a SquareTrade warranty. The day the player stopped functioning properly I filed a claim with SquareTrade. Like most things these days I expected there to be a hassle with the claim. Shocker... No hassle. After I filed the claim, they replied back within a day, and asked one simple question about the product. I replied back, and received an email stating that my claim had been approved! They emailed me a shipping label, to return the item. I then boxed it up and sent it in, and the next day I received a full refund for the item. I normally do not write reviews for companies, because I basically believe most companies are only worried about their "bottom line" and don't care who gets stepped on to achieve it. The ease of the SquareTrade warranty claim process warranted (pun intended) my writing them a good review. I have since purchased a replacement player and also a new SquareTrade warranty, as they have proven themselves to me. In short.....a great product, and a pleasant experience. I highly recommend.
