When I called them to register it they told me they did not cover this item. they were going to be willing to cover it if I sent them some information I felt was too personal so I didn't complete the process. Their website was infuriating to try to navigate. so I paid for the warranty but it will not be covered and I was unable to find a number with which to cancel it!!

We wanted extra insurance on our new pedometers so we added this for literally pennies. They are prompt, They contacted me even before our pedometers came!

I know that if anything untoward happens...we are covered!

Very easy process to get this protection activated. Very cool site too. Will be protecting lots of things. Careful for deductibles on some products. Hopefully I never have to make a claim.

We have used them before and they refunded or replaced our item with no questions or problems, would buy from them on any item I need a protection plan for.

I bought the SquareTrade 3-Year Personal Protection Plan because if anything goes wrong with my husbands Norelco Shaver, Amazon will repair or replace the shaver for 3 years at no additional cost to us.

I got fulfilled with the terms and conditions almost immediately, got an email with a .PDF file attached that contained everything I needed for this plan - great experience!

Chose to add SquareTrade coverage to an electric shaver I recently purchased. This is my first time using SquareTrade and I am please so far. They quickly followed up my purchase with an email explaining how to complete my coverage via thier web site. The process is very simple and they event let me forward the Amazon order confirmation email to them as my receipt. This whole process was done in a few minutes. I hope to never need to file a claim on the shaver, but I feel good knowing that I have this coverage and would definately consider adding it to other purchases if the price is right.

Did just what they said they would. I purchased the protection for a kids tablet and had problems with it in about 3 to 4 weeks, wrote square trade about the problem and they emailed me instructions, sent it back free guess it couldn't be fixed but I received a check quickly for the full amount of tablet. Best protection service I ever had. The price, cheap. Will continue to use them whenever possible.

Our laptop broke and the ofered 5 start treatement and they fixed our laptop very fast.
