Since it is only a couple of months since we bought this Warranty, how can we know if the Warrantors will honor it? So far we have only used the GPS that it covers a couple of times, and we are very happy with it so far, but if and until something goes wrong with it, we will not know how good the Warranty is, obviously. When we ordered our Garmin GPS through amazon.com, the Warranty was one of the items that amazon tells you that "Other Customers Buy With this Product" and since we would have had no way of knowing how to warrant a GPS anyway, we chose them because we would not have warranted it otherwise since we would not have known whom or how to do it independently. The company that we bought it from (through amazon) was very prompt in calling us and promising to send a hard copy of it to us, via USPS and they did, immediately, so I hope this is a good sign that they will honor it if ever it is needed. That is all I can say at this point. We have had no occasion to test the response of the company yet. I will say that they have been very nice in the preliminary stage, but we haven't called on them to be responsible and uphold the Warranty yet, and we may never have to, but that is a chance you take, buy it and never need to use it or not buy and be sorry later that you didn't.

I haven't recieved it in the mail yet? I did get a email showing details but no physcial paper. We haven't had to use it, but if they do as they say I'm sure we will be pleased.
