I purchased a Square Trade warranty for each of two Samsung 46" LED TVs purchased on Amazon.com. It turned out that both were defective, and I returned them to Amazon. I called the Square Trade folks to find out what my options were and they simply refunded the full amount back to my credit card - no questions asked. So while I have not had to use these folks for warranty claims (and I hope I never do), I did want to acknowledge their good customer service. I believe their customer service line is open 24/7 as well.

Go with squaretrade they will take care of you. Best buy will take your money and they will not take care of you afterwards.Best buy warrenties are not good to deal with.

I had a problem with my Toshiba Turning off.

TV was sent to a repair center to get fixed.

Was not repaired.

Decided to bring a repair center I was familiar with.

Square trade had no problem with this.

Excellent customer service everything was communicated by email very professionally.

Questions were answered properly and quickly to my satisfaction.

Faxed a copy of the order and my credit card receipt for reimbursement.

Paid the repair center upfront Tv was fixed and I was reimbursed on my Pal Pal account in two days.

Remarkable organization a pleasure to deal with a A Plus Company.

Highly recommend square trade to anyone do buy any other warranty.
