Five-Day Service Guarantee: SquareTrade will reimburse the full item price or fix your item and ship it back within five business days of receiving it at the depot, or your care plan is free. For large items with in-home service, a local technician will contact you to schedule service within five business days of claim approval (Since in-home service is dependent on the customer’s schedule, repair times are not guaranteed within five days).

My 18 month old, 42" Vizio TV had lost functionality of all four HDMI ports. I finally contacted SquareTrade regarding the problem via internet. They contacted me regarding the need for proof of purchase. That was sent in and they emailed that the claim was accepted and requested available days for a repair visit. I was emailed that the parts were sent to the repairman and he called to set up a time for installation. He arrived and replaced the circuit board, re-setting the TV and synchronized all the other components to the remote making sure everything was working. The technician was courteous and experienced and left my TV working better than new. I am very impressed and pleased with the speed and professionalism of SquareTrade and highly recommend them to everyone.

We have purchased many Square Trade warranties over the past several years, including phones, kitchen appliances, laptop computers & a TV. I've cancelled agreements (twice) when a child lost a phone - and received a pro-rated refund! Most recently our TV screen seemed to be going black...so I called Square Trade and they sent a pre-paid address label to return the TV (actually they emailed it & I printed it). We shipped the TV and received the Full replacement funds deposited to our Paypal account within TWO DAYS!! Amazing!

We bought a three year Square Trade Warranty. I was the first time we purchased a TV warrantly. I am extremely impressed with Square Trade and would reccommend them to everyone. When we had a problem with the televison, they addressed the issue immediately, decided it was unfixable and mailed us a check for the purchase price. When we purchase the new TV we will definately go with Square Trade again. I am still shocked that they covered the original purchase price of the Television. Excellent experience.
