Excellent Service...
Two emails back and forth in 2 days and they are sending out a check. Wow... Is all I can say about this company. Best investment I ever made. (The title says Samsung TV for $2000 but I had an off brand tv for $500.)

This is my second Square Trade warranty, both cost less than from other sources and they have a great reputation. After I bought the first warranty, they sent me a card for 50% off another...wish I needed to buy another before the offer expired!
Anyhow, good price from Amazon, good reputation as a warranty company, good deal. I hope I never have to use it!

Haven't had a chance to use the warranty service yet because my tv is still under mfr's warranty
