I have been with square trade for a number of years and only this month did I ever have to file a claim. It was quick and simple. Their communicaton is outstanding, their response time is outstanding for the type of service they provide, from supplies, resourses for service to shipping and returning. And mail time is usually with in days. As for when products is consider cheaper to refund then to replace or repair, you guaranteed refund with in 2-3 days outstanding, even better when paypal is involved. Cause tracking is exemplary. Love this service. Just so you know square trade also stores your receipts for you. Who does that! Square trade offers discounts regularly on their currently discounted 40-70% warranty. The BEST PRICE anywhere. A substantial savings. They also have a referral program which pays. And it has a moneyback guarantee.

Bought refurbished TV just over a year ago and it stopped working overnight so I filed a claim with Square Trade. They were very quick in responding and even sent me a link to print a shipping label for the return of the TV at no cost to me. After they received the TV within a few days I had the full purchase price of the item in my paypal account! Great experience! I will make sure I buy warranties for all my purchases through Square Trade in the future.
