I received a full refund for the item purchased. The process was simple and Sqauretrade was very prompt with a response. I was actually pleasantly surprised with how easy the process went!!

Too Early To Tell
The price of the warranty is very competitive. I can't write a full review because i haven't "used" the product, and lets hope I don't. I think dollar for dollar this warranty gives better coverage with a wiser claims process.

I had to make a claim on my SquareTrade warranty i had on my 47" Sony TV within four business days they had sent me the money to replace it because
the repair exceded the value of the tv. This was the quickest and easiest repair or replace of any item that i have had under warranty. The price of the television was $1299.00 and it was replaced with no hassel. Jim

Everything went great!!! My TV went up and square trade right away fixed my problem!!! Very fast service i'll never buy a warrantie from anyone else!!! Thanks Square Trade!!!

Today I had to use my SQUARE TRADE WARRANTY for a 19" Toshiba HDTV that had developed "bubbles" in the screen making it impossible to watch. Not only was this the EASIEST claim I've filed but SQUARE TRADE completed the claim and I had the money for the product within ONE (1) DAY...I've had to use the warranty for some other products that I also have under SQUARE TRADE and the way this one went is representative of their EXCELLENT Customer Service. I recommend this aftermarket warranty service for electronics to EVERYONE!
