My granddaughter was happy with this toy and enjoyed playing with it. However, I should have shopped around, because the price varied.
I do like Amazon's reliability and fast shipping though. So maybe it's a trade off. Squinkies are definetly a hit for kids.

My almost 4 year old daughter has around 100 Squinkies. She's always been a huge fan of starfish so when she saw the undersea surprise set, she just had to have it. I ended up ordering it online, as all of my local toys stores were constantly sold out of them.
We use her Squinkies for counting games, sorting by colors, and sorting the different types (i.e. horses, cats, dogs, etc) after they "hatch" out of their bubbles (as she calls it). She also uses them for imaginative play.
Buy them when you can find them because they sure sell out fast!
