This isn't my only "favorite" hot sauce (sadly, I have about 15 I call "favorite") but it is the most versatile. It goes well, as others have mentioned, on sushi, but it has a bit of a garlicy note, so feel free to try it on pasta (in my house we call it "pizza sauce" but we just add it to the top, not in lieu of tomato sauce), pizza, sandwiches, in soups (especially tomato!), added to salsa (or just plain on chips)...the list goes on. I like this over the other famous US hot sauce (T*bas*o)because Sriracha isn't as vinegary so it doesn't over power flavors as easily. Great stuff! Give it a try.
