Exquisite
This casting is beautifully detailed and looks amazingly like aged, hand-carved wood. Having shopped extensively for this garden feature, I can state absolutely that the value is unbeatable. Things to keep in mind (1)the bowl is not covered so seeds would get wet in an uncovered setting, (2) the bowl bottom has a drain hole to make cleaning/draining easy but no plug...

Nothing good to say about this item. Found a cement one just like this light weight material and it was $10 cheaper. Go to your monument or garden furniture store - preferably not a retail garden center but a place that sells cement furniture.

This casting is beautifully detailed and looks amazingly like aged, hand-carved wood. Having shopped extensively for this garden feature, I can state absolutely that the value is unbeatable. Things to keep in mind (1)the bowl is not covered so seeds would get wet in an uncovered setting, (2) the bowl bottom has a drain hole to make cleaning/draining easy but no plug. It's easy to temporarily or permanently "plug" the hole using any of a variety of household items. The bowl works well to provide drinking water for birds but only a small bird could take a bath.

Looks just like it's carved from wood! Only made of resin so it's lighter in weight and more resilient. Be sure to bring it in in the winter. We had one before this purchase, and it cracked in half.
