We were sent this in place of 2 pounds of Atlantic smoked salmon, through J. R. Mushroom, and it was fabulous. The Atlantic is very good as well but this one was luscious and buttery, not overly salty, with no overly fishy taste and, unlike the Irish salmon we had recently, it had no skin on it so it's a net 1 pound package. This is top of the line and you can't go wrong. As good as any we've had in the past straight from Scotland.

Don't pay outrageous prices and high shipping costs for other smoked salmon. This is an excellent product with a very reasonable price. Item was shipped quickly and the salmon is one of the best we've tasted. This will be the only one we purchase from now on.

Excellent smoked salmon. The best we've had. Try with bagels, cream cheese, red onions and capers. Heaven!

I bought two packages of salmon = one to serve for a dinner party, and the other as a gift for Christmas. The verdict - delicious. Best lox we have had in a long time.

Sooo yummy, soft, moist & a generous size portion.
I will buy this again. Great with a variety of toppings. The best smoked salmon I have ever had.
