I was very excited when this product arrived at my home. But when I picked up the box,and it felt like there was nothing in the box, I knew I was getting ripped off. The lamp is tiny, even smaller than I thought. They do give the size of it in the description, so I guess that is not a big deal. But the really disappointing thing about it is how clear it is that the product was cheaply made. Granted, it was only 12-15 dollars, but it looks so nice in the picture on amazon. Most of the lamp is PLASTIC and it is battery operated. I like that I do not have to plug it in but usually battery powered objects just seem cheap to me. The only reason why I give this lamp three stars is that it does do what i want it to. The light is extremely bright, and the lamp can be adjusted basically any way that I want it to be. If you are a cardinals fan who just wants a lamp to help you see things on your desktop, then I would recommend this. But if you are like me and you want the product more for display, to add to your collection of display items in your room that you may occasionally use, then I would recommend that you find another product.

This product was nice. It would have been perfect if it had a plug. I didn't realize that this product took batteries when I bought it but its still a really good product.
