Best solution for flat roof!,

I have a building with 3 separate roofs all connected. Replaced one roof with EPDM Rubber and doing ourselves cost 10K+. other roofs were not to bad but had couple problem areas with major leaks. one section 5x10 leaked like a facet. didn't have time to rip roof so tried this product. Amazing! rolled out 2 generous coats and not a drop of water. been 6 months and it has held perfect. buying more to paint entire roof just to be safe. figure $1000 in preventive maintenance will buy me at least 2 years. Better solution than $20K+ at this time. tried to patch with Tar and never worked right. if you have major cracks, get hand held blow torch and steel brush first. heat the tar and smooth over cracks. after crack sets flat, then paint this product, you will not be disappointed!!!
