This safe is made in China and not the best. The safe material is good for this price and the locking mechanisum is fine just not so sure about the Combonation wheel. it looks fine and works OK but will some one be able to get through it. Probably. I will add a additional bar on the outside as a back up with a traditional style master lock. since the Combonation wheel dosen't feel up to par for a good safe only OK. Other wise it looks great and will work againts amatures but not pros. I can recomment this safe just add additional locking mechanisium to be safe. For the price I didn't see anything in this weight range over 225lbs, 235 shipping weight. so if looks and feels solid. I got this in my 2008 ford edge easily. By my self any heavier forget it. and the other safes where really cheap and light weight all under 120lbs the same size. A better safe then this will cost you over $ 900 and weight a lot more. about 400 pounds.
