I've used the Stanley version of this organizer for years. It's become a key storage item in my garage and work shop. Keeping items, parts and gear organized in these boxes saves me countless hours and really helps save time. Honestly I also "feel" good just knowing that I can easily find things when I need them. I switched from Stanley to StackOn in the last year since I like this model better.

The overall size of the unit is 16-5/8" wide x 13-1/4" deep x 4-1/8" tall
The smaller bins are 3-1/8" x 4-3/8" x 3-5/8" tall
The larger bins are double that at 4-3/8" x 6-1/4" x 3-5/8" tall

This version takes all of the good points from the Stanley version and adds additional improvements. I like how they've added a lip to one end of the internal bins. This allows me to easily grab the bin and lift it out. When they are heavy and full it can be difficult without the lip. While it's generally an improvement, there are times when I don't want the lip since an item may barely fit in. In that case I trade and use one of the yellow Stanley bins since I have many of each around now. Stanley are 1/8" shorter and work well in the Stackon; placing a StackOn bin in a Stanley case will cause the Stanley to be difficult to close. The small protrusions on the bottom corners of the bins (that fit into recessions in the case), and the impressions build into the lid that keep the bins lined up are larger on the StackOn version and hold the bins securely in place. They stay put even when you remove one and hold the case sideways, by the handle. Very nice for keeping things where you place them.

I've bought three of these and also have three of the Stanley branded version.
This Stack-On brand fits the bill well enough, but there are a few things which make me wish I had spent the extra four dollars for the Stanley model.

First of all, the plastic of the Stack-On organizer feels to be less sturdy than the Stanley counterpart. The plastic lid is slightly on the cloudy/dirty side.

The narrow "patent pending lift design" is praised by some reviewers but for me simply gets in the way. My fingers are intent on scraping against them when retrieving nails, parts, etc. Lifting bins out of the Stanley version has never been a problem for me.

The color of the bins can certainly be a better choice. This mediocre green (actually darker than the picture shown) is dark enough to make it difficult to determine what is inside each bin, particularly if you have many pieces which have subtle variations or if you are working in a poorly lit laundry room, basement or garage. A lighter green would be better... light/bright pink, electric blue, take your pick.

The cups are deep enough for collectible card storage if you need to stay organized. Using a bit of carvable foam I was able to take this inexpensive but quality storage box and turn it into a great storage organizer.

Stack-On's DCOG-10 is a customizable storage organizer that is reasonably sturdy, and fairly well designed, although perhaps with a couple of weak points. The organizer has a rigid heavy duty plastic tray, with a clear plastic lid secured by two latches. The lid is attached to the tray via three hinges, and opens only up to 90 degrees. The hinges and the latches are made of different kinds of plastic, and may not stand up to stress very well. While the tray is hard plastic that can probably survive being run over by a car, the story is different for the clear plastic lid, which is much softer and more flexible. The hinges on the lid just might snap if pushed too far past 90 degrees, so you might want to exercise a little care.

Inside the organizer are ten removable green plastic "cups", two are larger (approximately 6"x4"x3.5"D), and eight are smaller (approximately 3"x4"x3.5"D). There are depressions in the bottom of the tray, and grooves and bumps on the bottom of the lid, which keep the cups in place when the lid is closed. This system works pretty well, even if the cups are loaded with heavier objects like screws or bolts. The cups are removable, so you can customize the layout to accommodate larger items. The cups also have a plastic tab for lifting the cup out from inside the container.

Overall, this is a quality product that because of its weight and heavy duty construction, is probably better suited for carrying heavier items like screws, nails, nuts, bolts, fittings, and fasteners. The handle is extremely helpful, when the organizer is fully loaded. A question mark would be the durability of the cover and hinges, which may be subject to breakage. The price may be a bit on the high side, so shop around for the best deal.

Length: 3:52 Mins
PROS:
-Inexpensive
-Good "overall" durability
-Flexible (removable containers)
-Customizable
-Deep

CONS:
-Small hinges
-questionable locking latch

NEUTRAL:
-Light duty
-Green =)
-Equivalent of the Stanley 10 Removable Bin Compartment Deep Professional Organizer w/minor differences

COMMENTS:
It doesn't compare to the stanley fatmax version which costs 2.5-3 times the price.
I'll return to this review after checking whether this organizer can withstand the extreme Texas heat. This kit travels in the car with me everywhere I go. I did drop this organizer multiple times onto concrete(from 5ft up) with it being fully stocked with my dremel supplies. One of the locking latch opened up but did not break.
