stack is a great, simple game. The dice are high quality and the rules are quick and easy. It can be played by any kid that can count.

Besides being able to play the games, I gave a bag to my daughters first grade class. They are passed out to the students who use then when they are learing to add and subtract.

Fun game that people of all ages can play. Anyone who can count to six can play, but older players can enjoy it on a different level when they get into the "strategy" of the game. It's easy to throw this game in a backpack to take on hiking trip, to camp, etc.

I recently bought this game for $4.00 at Toys R Us. I brought it to a game convention. It's a strategy game of stacking one die at a time on top of another. Two things, you can't stack the same color dice on top of each other and the maximum dice you can have stacked in any column is four. Ones are worth ten points and the other numbers are worth their numbered value (2s are two points, etc.). It's the number on the top die that counts. When someone puts his/her last die on a stack, everyone else gets one final turn to place one of their dice. Points are then added up according to dice color. Highest score wins.
The game comes with 14 dice of four different colors. Everyone is assigned a specific color of dice that they must try to stack. More than four players will require teaming up, or getting the second set of different colored dice. Either way, the game is simple and fun. There is strategy involved, and the dice are huge, like the ones you hang on your car's rear view mirror. |
