This is a fantastic book with a tremendous amount of useful information. An easy read with descriptive how to do steps for finding that perfect person to fill the position in need. Farasati also provides access to her website with some great tools that we have found useful in our hiring process. At my study groups, Coaching sessions and amongst peers I always recommend this book. My entire team has read the book and we find ourselves referring to it often. It is an absolute must have!

Great book! It covers the fundamentals on how to select and work with your practice's administrative team members. It is pretty much common sense, but does contain some gems of knowledge. Plus it never hurts to review, and articulate that common sense. I would recommend the book to any Financial Advisor who runs his or her own practice, or branch. I would have given it five stars if it had more content, including interview questions for hiring, and maybe some scenarios to role play with staff for training, etc. It was too short, but definitely worth picking up.

What a great, practical book full of ideas/suggestiions that any financial advisor can put to use quickly. Creating a great team that supports you and your clients has never been easy but Lauren has put together chapter after chapter on how to make it work so you can do what you love!
