VCI Entertainment and Universal Pictures present "Stagecoach Buckaroo" (1942) (digitally remastered), in this last of the long running Johnny Mack Brown series turned out in the early '40s for Universal studios...our story opens as our hero Johnny Mack Brown and is sidekick Fuzzy Knight are out on the tral getting breakfast together...Glenn Strange and his gang of outlaws are holding up the stage, there is a runaway and Johnny Mack is mistaken for one of the outlaws...after Nell O'Day clears Brown of any wrong doing her father Henry Hall hires him as a stagecoach guard to trap the outlaws...disguised as female passengers Fuzzy and others come up with some of the best belly laughs you've ever seen, puts "drag" into a new light back in '42...listen to the songs from Fuzzy and The Guardsmen Quartet, but then things get pretty lively with hard riding, shoot outs and just plain bar room brawls...plenty of excitement...Nell O'Day proves once and for all she's the best horsewomen on the Universal lot....just remember double thrills, chills, mystery and suspense...hitting the bull's eye with excitement...don't miss any of Johnny Mack Brown's Double Features loaded with action that will leave you wanting more of his B-Western adventures.
