Although Aaron Lewis is an excellent singer and a great lyricist, he is not to be looked up to because of what he writes! He writes what he feels and has been through! He DOES NOT want to be a role model, or a motivational speaker! He wants to get that crap out to make himself feel better! That's how he copes with life! ...anyhoo...this is a tab book...get it because, you can learn to play all the songs on this album and sing the correct words if you play in a band...or alone for epiphany or outside!

I highly recomend this book to everyone. Staind's lyrics often refer to challenges most of us must face sometime in our lives. I wont try to describe Staind because they are the only ones who have the right to do this, but I will say that their music has comforted me and helped me through some tough times. Staind's frontman Aaron Lewis is a brilliant lyricist who can right about his many obstacles he has overcome without sounding like another depressed songwriter.In all Staind's book is great for anyone not just their fans.

This book is definitely worth reading if your a fan of Staind. Staind is one of the best new bands out there.The lyrics of their songs often refer to things we all must deal with sometime in our lives. Aaron lewis,is a brilliant songwriter who can give listeners comfort in knowing that their not alone in the way they feel without sounding like another depressed lyricist.I highly recomend this book and all other Staind books and music.
