Item is as specified. It is NOT for commercial use. Works well when feeding ice in one cube at a time, it will stop/jam up if feeding ice too quickly. You have to hold it in place as it tends to jump/move around on the counter during operation. Resulting crushed ice is rather fine, about 1/8th inch in size or smaller. I have had it about 2 weeks, using it about 2 -3 times a day, and seems to be holding up well, definately easier than a hand crank one.
