Received these cufflinks a few days back and when I opened the box I thought I received the wrong item. The inlay is pure white color vs. as pictured. I asked customer service if there was a mistake and after sending them a picture was told that the product I received is the correct one. Apparently the picture presented on Amazon "reflects the lighting used and hence the blue/grey tone" (as per their customer service). Of course they gave me an option to return it but guess what? I have to give these as a gift today...so returning these is not an option.
