Material measuring system: steel scale with incremental divisions, magnetic. Maximum displacement speed: > 1.8 m/s. Digital interface: RS232 opto-coupled, mono and bi-directional. Power supply: 3V lithium battery, CR 2032. Autonomy: 1.5 a (2000 h/a). Special features: idle mode after 10 minute, automatic switch off after 2 h. Operating temperature range: 10 degree C to 40 degree C. Storage temperature range: -10 degree C to 60 degree C. 100 Percent maximum relative humidity. Degree of protection: IP67 (IEC 60529). Electromagnetic compatibility: EN 50081-1, EN 50082-1. Comes in suited plastic case. Identification number. Inspection report with a declaration of conformity.

Doing depth with these is inaccurate because the shaft is filmsy and theres no repeatability but iv ran these through a machine with coolant and still worked there very good in the coolant and chip resistance

This is a fine instrument. Well made and accurate on calibration blocks. It always returns to zero which is an indication of it's accuracy.
