I was searching for a pair of interesting and masculine looking cufflinks for my husband who works in the automotive industry. When I came across these, I thought they were perfect. Indeed when we received them we were every bit as pleased with them, if not more so, in person. They fit the bill perfectly, and the price is right. Unfortunately however, they lasted all of 2 months before one of the pins fell out. The pins hold the layers together, and when one is missing, obviously the link is ruined. I tried fixing it by cutting down a straight head pin to fit into the hole, which matches the existing pin heads exactly, and gluing it into place. This seems to have fixed the problem at least temporarily, but I'm not confident that it will stay together. These links would get 5 stars from me were it not for this defect.
