I bought this to strain Sazerac cocktails from one glass to another. I think it's just fine. Nothing fancy and not the heaviest gauge of metal but it works, it cleans up well, the holes are large enough to strain efficiently and it's the right size to fit into a metal or glass portion of a Boston shaker also. I am glad I bought this and now my bar implement list is complete. Of course, I need to keep well stocked on the Peychaud bitters now and keep this handy dandy gadget earning its keep!

Gee, I don't know why people were displeased with this product. The sticker, a little one, peeled off in seconds. It works fine. Maybe it isn't of the highest quality, but for the price, I think this is a great little product and certainly does the trick. It's great for home use and I recommend it highly!

This isn't an awful julep strainer, but it's rendered useless (barring a fair amount of effort) by the huge residue-depositing sticker across its entire convex face.

If you don't have a handy supply of glue remover and the willingness to take the time to use it & then clean all trace of its flavor from this strainer, I'd recommend buying something else.

The product worked well but I felt I paid to much for the quality I received.

This looks ok from the online picture, but it doesn't appear very well put together. It seems like it will do the job, but the poor construction doesn't please me, and I'm wondering if it will soon rust. I was hoping there would be an alternative offering, but I did not see one when I purchased this. I have yet to try it.
