This is a lifesaver in my eyes. I love cappucino, and chocolate shavings are a must for me. With this grater, perfect little chocolate curls are just a few seconds away. I also use a lot of lemon and orange zest in my cooking, and this is perfect for easy grinding of citrus peels. It is absolutely wonderful for grating spices and cheeses over your entrees instead of having to fight with a larger, more traditional grater. It even works to help mince garlic!
