I broke my ceramic neti pot back a few years ago now in the shower. I ended up using a plastic rhino horn which was great but -
Then I found this one. It holds a ton of water, is very comfortable to hold and the spout is the first one I've had that actually seals in my nostril. All the other neti pots didn't really seal so the water leaked out a bit when I tried to neti.
I've dropped this one also in the shower - besides a huge CLANG - nothin happened to it.
It's easy to add salt to as the opening is huge. I can also clean both sinuses easily because it holds so much water. With my previous neti pots, I would have to refill them with filtered water, add more salt and neti again - took too much time.
I recommend it.

This is the best made neti pot that I have ever purchased. It holds lots of water. It fits my nostrils well. It feels well made. The product appears to have been designed to last a long time. It doesn't feel like a cheap, mass produced item. I have nothing but praise for this neti pot.
Why I like this neti pot -
1. Stainless steel - rust resistant and won't oxidize like copper neti pots
2. Stainless steel / metal - won't break if dropped like ceramic neti pots
3. Size - no need to refill it holds more than enough water to cleanse both nostrils
4. The spout is bolted onto the body of the neti pot - with nearly all other metal neti pots the spout is welded onto the body of the pot - this creates the possibility that the weld will eventually fail due to the corrosive effects of the salt water solution - this spout bolts on and there is a rubber gasket at the joint where the spout joins the body - very ingenious solution.
5. This neti pot comes with a booklet containing detailed information about the neti process
6. This is the only Neti pot that I know of that has a 180 day guarantee from the manufacturer.
7. This Neti pot just feels well made.
I have been using a Neti pot for several years and it works very well for me. I neti every day - usually morning and evening. Whenever I feel a head cold coming on I might neti more often. I find Jala Neti to be very effective in relieving sinus congestion. I find this product to be one of the best Neti Pots that I have ever used.
I noted that one review stated that this Neti Pot produced a metalic "twang" (taste?). I had no such experience. The instructions with the Neti Pot recommend that the pot be washed out prior to use. The user who reported the "twang" didn't state if the pot was washed out prior to use. At any rate - no twang here.

I don't know how a Neti Pot could be any better, so I had to go 5 stars. I tried the ceramic one, which used to be the only one available on amazon. There's a learning curve with neti, but I couldn't get it right because the ceramic one is not a good design. Hefty but not heavy in stainless steel, the pot is deep and the angle between the pot and spout is about 45 degrees. These factors are important when you stick the spout in your nostril. It's easy to get the spout lined up properly with the nostril. It's also easier than the ceramic pot to get your head at the proper angle. With the ceramic pot, I always had to hold my elbow way up, and this gets tiring. I can place this pot in the palm of my hand and rotate my wrist to make adjustments, rather than my entire upper body. It's quicker to prepare solution too. Run a little hot water into it, then empty the pot, as if you're preparing tea. The steel will heat right up and you can put your tepid solution in. Kudos as well for the detailed instructions, especially for drying the nose. I recommend this neti pot, especially if you're a beginner, or don't have a teacher (if you live in a flyover state, you probably don't have access to a teacher).

Love it!
Great product and easily sanitized! The only down side I saw was lack of lid means you have to be careful and pour slowly or it sloshes over the top rim when being used. Read more
