Maybe not for you, but for me the price of these spring bars plus shipping and handling was cheaper than a replacement from even a modest local jeweler. These spring bars had better fit and finish than the ones from the local guy, and were the right length for my watch, rather than being a size too big and forced to fit. If you're going to do this yourself, you might consider a WATCH-BRACELET SPRING BAR REMOVER TOOL, but a jewelers' screwdriver works well enough.

My favorite seiko watch band broke and lost this spring pin. So I figured, would have to buy a new watch. A new band cost almost as much as the watch. Purchased this pin and it worked out great.

Used to replace my old ones which were messed up and they work like there supposed to.

These are a pair of spring bars for 18mm straps, and they fit and work as I'd expected. They weren't the cheapest price per spring bar I've seen, but it either a pair of these or massive packs of anywhere between 50-100. Arrived quickly via Prime.
