This line is much, much stronger (and thus better) than the standard kite line 30 x 300 that comes with the original Easy Flyer. Easier to hold, wind/unwind and control, too. Definetely worth the extra $8 spent in my opinion.

We have been searching everywhere for durable kite string- this definitely fits the bill! It works wonderfully - so much nicer than the little spools that come with kites. I highly recommend this!

This line snapped today during its first flight with a new Prism Stowaway Delta Kite that I also purchased from Amazon. The new kite was lost as a result of the line snapping. According to weather.com, winds in my area were 18 mph and gusting at 28 mph. I purchased this item because of the positive reviews, but I would caution anyone that the line may snap at any time under moderate winds.

String is tight and solid. Allowed me to pull on it to get a kite out of a tree. Nice stuff. Wish I could have picked the color, but that is the luck of the draw. My daughter said it best, "You get what you get, and you dont throw a fit."

High quality string that I have tested at the beach, and where the wind is highest. No problems, and its enough string to almost send the 8 ft. kite out of sight. Good luck in rewinding all od that string by hand.

Can't stand the winders that come with kites, so I upgraded to this one. It's a little heavy for my kids to hold, but much easier for me to hold and wind up.

One of the best kite lines I have used in a long time! Will get some more for sure! Awsome line!

I thought this was a great product to use for replacement line for flying our kites.

These are super cheap, and do just fine for flying a simple kite. No need to spend money on those fancy reels. Save your bucks because these are great!

Beware of photograph as it is very misleading. I purchased four different kites. The photo description you see, as well as in the product description, "Spools come in assorted colors", leads you to believe (it did me anyway) that you will receive four spools. You will receive only one. This may not be a fair review of the product itself, as I have yet to use it, but I have written Amazon and feel the photo needs to be removed and replaced with one showing only a SINGLE spool of kite string, and not the four currently depicted. It is misleading.
