Product Description

The highest quality beeswax at wholesale prices. 100% pure yellow Beeswax pellets (beads, pastilles, pearls) are very easy to use and work with. Easy to weigh and measure. Our Beeswax pellets are cosmetic grade, natural yellow, unscented, made from 100% pure Beeswax. Beeswax pellets are perfect for making beautiful: candles, soaps, lotions, lip balms, hand and facial creams and craft items. Packaging is in 1-lb sealed bags, ready for you to melt it, pour it, mold it or use it as it comes directly from us. Buy our Beeswax, proudly produced in Michigan. It is the finest pure Beeswax in the world. Beeswax is the oldest and purest wax in the world. Our beeswax is 100% natural. At honey harvest time the honeycombs are carefully opened to allow for honey to drain from the comb. The bees seal the honey into the combs with wax "capping" placed over every cell filled with honey. This capping is removed at harvest and is used in the production of our beeswax.

The beeswax pellets melt very nicely.

Maybe I just got a bad batch, but I saw another review that's complaining about the same thing.

And I am not refering to the "Strength" of the smell, but how it is experienced.

The beeswax came in on time, but it had an incredibly strong smell. Having purchased beeswax before, I thought it must have been something in the packaging, so I took some antihistamine, held my breath, & unwrapped & threw out all the extra material. There was still a comparatively strong smell, but it had decreased after I did this. However, I kept the product in storage for 7 months before reselling it for $5 because I couldn't get rid of the smell and I seemed to have an allergic reaction to it. We had originally bought this to make body butters & lip balm, but, unfortunately, I (nor the other two in the house) were able to get passed the stink of it, so couldn't bring ourselves to blend it into something that would go in our skin. The smell was even too strong for us to be willing to melt it into candles.

Maybe I just got a bad batch, but I saw another review that's complaining about the same thing. Perhaps it has something to do with it being in pellets? All other wax purchases I made were in blocks & they didn't have the same smell. Either way, it was just so foul that I couldn't possibly recommend it with a clear conscious & I even felt guilty for selling it at such a discounted rate.

When I receives the product, the intent is to make bees wax candles, which I have done before. Upon opening the product I realize these are extremely old wax pellets as the usually honey smell that accompany these is completely gone and replace with a foul, sour almost rancid smell instead. But I decide I can sent them.with honey fragrance oil to help it along. After melting, they smelled even worse!!!! And I tried and tried to sent them even going so car as to put extra strong scent of 2oz into 6oz of bees wax. My trials were to no avail! The bees wax was too old to be of any use, besides a negative ion generator.

This is very good quality grade beeswax. Used it to make lip balms and what not. Very easy melting and using pellets is easy measuring and clean up.

This is just what I wanted-beautiful color-you can almost smell the honey! These beeswax pellets will make it so much easier to measure and melt beeswax for creams and ointments.

It's been a while since I ordered this (3/11) but I have just gotten around to using it so now is the perfect time to write a review for it! :D

We make homemade candles and soap and this beeswax has been a blessing!

Melts great, smells great, and feels great! Makes beautiful HP & CP soaps and taper candles!
The shipping was right on time and very well packaged.

I will be re-ordering soon as we have to stock up for winter here.

I'm not sure if I just got an off batch compared to the reviewer above, but my wax had a strange smell to it - almost like plastic or some sort of chemical. Beeswax that I've purchased in the past have a natural, musky, honey scent. I use my beeswax to make lip balms, and even the essential oils couldn't mask the smell. It's a shame because the wax is very nice otherwise.

These are obviously high-quality pure beeswax pellets. They melt easily and are convenient.

What I did not expect, though, is the chemical-like odor of them. The pellets no longer have the pleasant honey fragrance I normally associate with beeswax (presumably because they are so highly processed). If you're not looking for that scent, this is probably a good product for you.
