| Information on Green Products A growing number of manufacturers are producing green home cleaning products that are healthier and more environmentally responsible. Currently, there is no industry standard definition for natural cleaners. The manufacturers of products in our Green Store have represented that they are not tested on animals, come in recyclable packaging, and contain ingredients that are non-toxic, biodegradable, and free of petrochemicals. You will find the ingredients for these cleaning products clearly listed on our web site or the product package. Paper or plastic items in our Green Store are ones that the manufacturer states are either 100% biodegradable or made from 100% recyclable material. Batteries featured in our Green Store are ones that that manufacturer has indicated are rechargeable. |

This review is from: Stalkmarket 1000ml, 2-Partition Food Container, 250-Count Case (Health and Beauty)
I really like the size, shape, and that this doesn't hurt the environment like foam containers, and that it can be used in the microwave. But I bought this in the hope of making some dinners for my elderly parents, to bring over 2-3 times a week. This is no good for that. I tried this container many times myself. It does not close tightly, so you should seal it in a tightly closed plastic bag or plastic wrap while in the fridge. Also, the container itself absorbs liquid and gets soggy if you try to keep food in it for more than a day. A local grocery store sells meals in a better product that can be used in the microwave. I know that's what I'm looking for... not sure if it's environmentally friendly, though.
