The above title sums it up wonderfully. This cd is a must own for any person interested in gaining film music from some of Stallones greatest films. The music alone is what always accompanied a great stallone film. For instance, what would 'Rocky' be without Bill conti's extradinary cult hit' Gonna fly now"? Or the heart - rendering and heart wrenching theme from 'lock - up', or the beauty and Majesty of the 'Cliffhanger' themes.The best thing is that you don't have to be a serious soundtrack collector to admire the magic of these songs. They all exhibit their own unique characterstics; musical pieces designed to inspire, encourage, relax and awe. Many of these tracks from stallone's films are not widely avlaiable; some like 'Lock-up' are indeed a rare gem. I love this soundtrack for its unique varitey, its warm and emotive film scores. Not only that - it's also great value for money -you get lots and lots of excellent tracks on the one cd. I really hope you have some time to sit back and enjoy this cd as much as I have.

Just so other customer are aware; there are no lyrics on this CD. The music is great but if you want lyrics to the songs, this isn't the CD for you.
