I do keep it in my car as an emergency light & glass break tool.
The light? About as useful as the pick.
A trip to the scrap yard allowed me to test the glass punch and seat belt cutter. They worked OK. It's in my wife's car in the center console. Hopefully, the functions that DO work will never be needed.
It wasn't terribly expensive, but I think there are likely better options.
