I love this! Bought it to workout with my niece works great. The tapes won't do me any good though unless I transfer them in to a DVD.

The Stamina Body Dome is a versatile, easy to use and store exercise dome. The hand and foot attachments allow me to stretch, do yoga moves and build strength in the comfort of my home. The dome shape also helps me maintain my balance as I grow older. I had read a lot about similar balance domes that cost about twice what the Stamina Body Dome costs, but the others did not have the hand and foot attachments. So by buying the Stamina Body Dome I feel like I have gotten the best possible deal.
