I have tried various fitness products over the years, and they all wind up in the thrift store. This one, however, I actually use, and my usage increases every day. The only reason I can think of is that it is so quiet. I always hated the noise made by most walkers, bikes, etc. This device is very simple, but effective. It is also small and relatively light (although it is certainly sturdy). So it fits in anywhere. The only negative is that there is no good place to prop up a book while you are walking. I can't imagine why the makers of these machines don't make that a priority. I would give it 5 stars in a minute if it had that.

We love this "Twist & Step Trainer" because its lightweight, and fits in a small space. Its sturdy, and gives a good workout. Also, its quiet, so the one using it doesn't drive the rest of the family crazy. The monitor is good too--we like keeping track of how many steps we take as well as # of minutes. It wasn't hard to assemble either, and was reasonably priced. All in all, we're very happy we bought it!

This equipment is great, especially for the price. It is very sturdy and really gives you a workout. I am extremely satisfied with it.

Pros: This will give you a good workout where you need it... I am already noticing improvement in the muscles that my bike didn't target, like my calves and butt. It was easy to put together. I had no trouble with the tools provided.

Cons:
The handle seems rickety and the redout miss-counts some steps.

Overall, I am pleased with this purchase.

I was so happy to order this. It hasn't even been put together yet... in box for two weeks. They sent the wrong hardware with it. I emailed them 2 times and got no response. After twenty minutes of trying I finally got a human voice. She was nice and shipped the parts. They arrived today and guess what? The same wrong parts again. I can't get a response so I guess I will have to also go and purchase the stuff to put it together. At least I have a list from the owner's manual. Overall experience was a big fat bust.

This stepper is terrible! The bar between the steps cracked after only two months of regular use. In addition, it is very squeaky and the monitor doesn't register anything unless you step all the way to the ground. Don't waste your money on this piece of junk.

A little difficult to put together and the read out doesn't work but a good piece of workout equipment and not a bad price.

A little tough to put together in some aspects but well made, easy to use, and fairly easy to move.

Assembles easily and doesn't take up much space. The quality is good, but I don't think it's strong enough for heavy use. It's great for small workouts in front of the TV, though.
