What a wonderful piece of exercise equipment! It folds up so I can move it to my spare bedroom when I'm not using it, but I use this just about every day. It is so addictive. I never liked to exercise and would almost always end up sore or with a headache from too much impact or overdoing it. Pilates stretches you out while strengthening, so I find I'm not sore, but feel so refreshed. I love to workout barefoot, and have found it difficult to find a workout that doesn't require footware. The rebounder is so much fun. I just set a timer for 20 minutes and bounce away while I watch TV. I've had mine for about 2 years and it is still in excellent condition. My muscles have become more sculpted and I don't get all that tension in my neck and shoulders I was getting daily before pilates. If you don't enjoy other types of exercise, I highly recommend trying pilates. It has increased my flexibility and improved my posture as well as my confidence. Definitely one of my best purchases EVER!

This is a great product but sadly, when it arrived, the shoulder stabilizing pieces were missing. This was not Amazon.com's fault as they made the original delivery on time. Dealing with the Stamina company has been difficult and I am still waiting for the parts to arrive. It has been nearly two weeks since I contacted the company and was promised a "prompt replacement". Very disappointing considering I paid for 3 - 5 day delivery in the first place.

It seems like a great piece of equipment though, and I look forward to using it properly.
