About Recumbent Exercise Bikes
Despite the competition from trendy new fitness inventions, exercise bikes continue to be popular options for home exercise. They offer the same aerobic benefits of riding a bicycle at any time, in any weather, without leaving the comfort and safety of home. Exercise bikes don't take up much space, require little or no balance or coordination, and can provide an effective workout for all levels of users, from beginners to serious competitors. While the same could be said for a number of other types of home fitness equipment, the exercise bike is one of the few that allows you to watch television or read a magazine while you work out.
The term recumbent literally means "lying down." Exercising in a recumbent or reclining position allows the user to have full ergonomic back support, without causing strain on the arms, neck and shoulders, all of which can be common effects of using an upright bicycle. For many people, having convenient access to quality exercise equipment is critical to sticking with a long-term exercise program.

It's nice for a small space, like an apartment, because it folds so you can move it, not super easy, out of the way.
We have had ours for several years (white model). It was easy to set up, stores nicely when not in use, and so far has been durable. Read morePublished 10 days ago by Kurt Cameron
It arrived at my home damaged but just cosmetic so a little duct tape did the trick. Its compact and easy to put together. Perfect if your space is limited. Read morePublished 1 month ago by Shane anderson

This is my 2nd one. First one lasted five years until pedals sheared off. Metal fatigue. I've own outside bikes decades and this never happened. This one? Read morePublished 2 months ago by publicwriter
bike seat could be tighter but is really good for light use. mine was used for a small female with physical therapy. wouldn't suggest for rigorous and hard workouts. Read morePublished 7 months ago by sunshine
I still have this, after a couple years at least, and it still works fine (my previous magnet driven bike only lasted about 6 months before its drive wore out). Read morePublished 7 months ago by Bwomp
