No Brainers Guide to Creating Web Pages, March 31, 2000
This review is from: The Standard Deviants - Creating Web Pages: No-Brainers Video Guides to Life [VHS] (VHS Tape)
This tape is one of the best instructional tapes I have reviewed for creating Web Pages from scratch. It takes the raw beginner from the beginning to a solid intermediate level and gives them the direction to go further. It alludes to the HTML editors that are out there, but this is clear and easy instruction on actually writing the code. After reviewing I purchased two extra copies for our Internet library.

No Brainers on Creating Web Pages, December 12, 1999
This review is from: The Standard Deviants - Creating Web Pages: No-Brainers Video Guides to Life [VHS] (VHS Tape)
So you've always wanted to learn how to make yourself a Web page and have some fun too? Well, today's your lucky day because my new video "No Brainers on Creating Web Pages" is out! You don't have to be a computer geek to love this educational/humorous video, because the entire "No Brainers" series is very casual and written especially for beginners like you, you, and you.
No Brainers on Creating Web Pages will start you off with basic HyperText Markup Language, or HTML - the Web's programming code. Then we'll delve into some of the more fancy "tags", the building blocks of HTML, such as the illustrious <BACKGROUND>, the bold , and the dynamic <BGCOLOR> tags. But wait! There's more.
We'll guide you through each of these important tags, step-by-step, so you can see what each looks like as text and in a Web browser. Written by Paul DeMaio, professionally produced by Cerebellum Corporation, No Brainers on Creating Web Pages has the humor of Dave Barry and Garrison Keillor with the technical experience of Bill Gates, or for Apple fans, Steve Jobs.
Running time: 1 hour, but longer if you make a pit stop half-way through it.
