Jeremy and Tessa are great fun--they goofily demonstrate such things as how to avoid the evening kiss and what happens when you reach each level of dating. Gray's commentary is in lecture form, and while some of his comments may make you bristle (women shouldn't chase men; men pursue, women flirt), others hit dead on, and you may find yourself nodding along with him. This video is definitely geared for adults: subjects such as when to have sex are broached. You won't learn how to meet the person of your dreams (or the person of your one-night stand, as the case may be), but you will find out what to do once you've spotted Mr. or Ms. Right.
