This was recommended from a chiropractor to me as a vitamin that I needed. My husband has been taking it more than me, because he has a high metabolizem and he has been dragging lately. He faithfully takes 3 in the morning and 3 at night. I take one a day. If you have been really tired and week this a healthy rought to take to get the vitamins back in your system that your body is lacking. Give a try; it is one of the few things that we have found that actually works!
